How do you know if you need a right hand or a left hand model? If the deer's head is on the left when standing on the working side - you then need a left hand model. The deer's head will be pointed right if you require a right hand model.

The new Baby Deerhandler from Delclayna is perfect for handling all your fawns. Setting the floor and adjusting the cradle are performed in the same way one would with the Papa or Junior. There is no need for an opening headgate or a backpress on this model of Deerhandler given the size of animals handled. Simply set your floor, adjust your cradle, and close the overhead door, then your ready to handle your fawns.
The Baby Deerhandler weighs only 290 lbs. and it's dimensions are: 22" Wide x 54" Long x 66" in Height.

We installed one of the first Papa handlers in our facilities about 5 years ago and have worked thousands of deer efficiently through it. I have seen many, many facilities around the country, some with homemade or other manufacturers' handlers, but never have I seen any that work better than those with Deerstore products for ease of working deer with a minimum of stress.
